Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

When students arrive at Dubiski Career High School enter through the main entrance or the cafeteria door and go through the security check. Students will wait in the Atrium or cafeteria and be allowed to go to their first class at 8:40. Students with tutorial pass are permitted to that classroom and teacher before the first class period of the day. 

Students with classes in the Transportation Building, Cosmetology or Culinary wings will enter the main campus for security checks and be permitted to those parts of the school afterwards.

As classes end at Dubiski, students will clear the campus as quickly as possible. Exceptions to this directive are for students attending after school tutorials, detention, Make Up Time or a club meeting. No tutorial shall exceed 5:30 pm. 

After 8:50 a.m., all students who arrive at school late must check in at the attendance office on the main campus. Students will go through the main entrance security check before securing a late pass to class. 

Late students will ring the doorbell and verify their ID before being admitted into the main office for a pass to their classroom. Staff will be available to expedite this process at the beginning of the year.
