Fitness Club will begin Monday, September 28, 4:15 – 5:15 PM The club will meet on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Sponsors for each day the club meets:
Monday - Mrs. Morris, Mrs. Applegate, Ms. Hopper (as needed)
Tuesday - Ms. Walraven, Mrs. Eisel, Mrs. Izquierdo
Thursday - Miss Nielsen, Mr. Kirby
Friday - Mrs. Cavazos, Ms. Dalton
Things to do for the fitness club:
1. Review club power point - digital locker of Monica Cavazos. Review the entire power point before you email questions. Please review the attached power point for club procedures and expectations, and shirt prices, especially those of you that were unable to attend the informational meeting. We will NOT waiver on any of the procedures – you may be asked to leave if you fail to comply with club procedures.
2. Pay for shirt and/or pumpkin run (optional)
3. Print and fill out physical activity data collection form.
4. ALWAYS bring your Dubiski ID with you.
5. YOU MUST BE DRESSED APPROPRIATELY FROM HEAD TO TOE TO WORK OUT - NO EXCEPTIONS
Fitness shirts:
1. Deadline to purchase the fitness polo is Friday, October 9. The 1st order will be placed on this day. (We will place additional orders if necessary.)
2. Pay by cash, check or money order.
3. If paying by check or money order, make it out to Cornerstone Impressions.
Joe Pool Pumpkin Run:
1. Review the information and entry form in the digital locker of Monica Cavazos
2. Entry fee is $10.00 per person (family members may also join for the same price as long as they join the Dubiski fitness club team – each person will need their own entry form).
3. The deadline to turn in your entry form and fee is Thursday, October 1
4. Submit entry form and fee to me.
I will be in the fitness room from 7:45 – 8:30 each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, accepting shirt and fun run payments. If I have morning duty or a meeting, I will inform you beforehand. If you did not originally sign up for a shirt and have changed your mind, you may still purchase a shirt.
I have a meeting off campus on Tuesday, 9/29 in the morning and will not be available to take payments on this morning.
