The official Dubiski Application for Admissions for 2010-2011 is now available to download from this page on the right hand side. Please print this application, fill it out, the parent(s) and prospective student are asked to sign it and then turn it in to your middle school counselor. Applications can be turned in immediately. The application deadline is Friday, January 8, 2010.
A limited number of paper applications will be available on campus at Dubiski’s Reception Desk.
