MarketPlace Curriculum incorporates TEKS, age appropriate, engaging activities, and the priciples of economics. Students learn to make a business plan, balance their checking account, take out a bank loan, make a personal and business budget, and much more!
MarketPlace Field Trip provides students the opportunity to put their new knowledge into practice as they run the city for the day. Students hold jobs, get a pay check, and shop in a variety of businesses. Students are business owners, accountants, clerks, postal workers, police officers, mayor, judge, etc.
